Thorin Thursday #7

I have found a couple of Thorin painting of Thorin at devianART and a set of Thorin pictures of Richard holding Ocrist on Tumblr. I could not decide on which one to post so I think I will give us all a treat and post them both. I will do the photos of Richard first.

Now with the second picture, I know it wasn't supposed to,but my mind went into the gutter. Then as cheeky as Richard can be in hindsight he may have thought the same thing. I hope so. I know I can be so bad at times. Don't you just love his smile?

This one from deviantART is heart tugging.

Tuchus Tuesday #23

From The Hobbit Extended Edition and posted by a Facebook friend I bring you,The Two Tuchus. One is Richard's tuchus in a saddle and the other is his horses tuchus, wearing the saddle.

Richard looks so good in his saddle in his civvies. Sits up nice and straight in the saddle and that really emphasizes his wonderfully broad shoulders and thigh muscles. Scenery is not bad to look at either.

Chest Hair

Found on Facebook that was found on Tumblr. The one on Facebook is from Karine RA.

Open Shirt! Richard! CHEST HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!! S**T!!!!! And I don't mean SOOT either. May also add HOLY F*ING to it. I don't talk like this, really I don't. It is all Richard's doing.

Stroke the chest hair. Stroke the chest hair. And the hair on his head too.At the same time.

Oh G_d...I am gone. I am sooooo GONE! DAMN YOU, RICHARD!! Why do you have to be so gorgeous to begin with and then to have wonderfully natural hairy chest that I want to stroke and nuzzle and play with and every thing else to it?

The Hobbit Dwarves: Before and After Make-Up (The One Ring)

I don't know if this has been already and if it has been, sorry I don't remember. But over at The One Ring. net Demosthenes has done a side by side of all 13 actors as themselves and as their characters.

Here are a few, starting with uncle and nephews and one or two more.

Never really noticed before how sexy Graham McTavish is as well. Like his smattering of chest hair.

Wishing It Was Me

Originally posted on to Tumblr by Morrighansmuse and reposted by a whole lot of people. One of which was Crystalchandlyre and I reblogged it onto my Loving Richard Tumblr page.

Love to have my rump touched like Richard is touching the horse's rump. Riding would not be out of the question either. Giddy Up! This is why I am wishing it was me.

Thorin Thursday #6

I do not know where these originally came from but I found them on Facebook. These are extras and behind the scenes photos from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

First one I love. Thorin's head and Richard's body or at least him arms. I am trying to figure out if Richard is listening intently or is in Thorin mode and peeved that he is being interrupted from his letter reading. And yes I am leaving this one big. GORGEOUS!!!

In this one there is some Thorin arm padding. Or are they just trying to keep Richard's muscles bound?

Gandalf and Thorin with movie crew.

And now a bit more comfortable photo of Richard and Sir Ian.

Strike Back: Origins - Cinemax interviews Richard Armitage

Richard's Cinemax video interview has been put on Youtube, courtesy of RA Central. So now we can enjoy it now and not have to wait for Friday.

Strike Back: Origins Interview Screencaps Part 1

This is the first in of screencaps/pictures of Richard's Cinemax interview from my previous post and are ready for your viewing pleasure. These will have to hold us over until the interview can be seen on television.

So handsome but he does look like he could do with a year long sleep in some of them. Oh and do take notice, as if you hadn't already, of those lovely locks of his curling at his neck. Just want to play with them.

Poor darling looks tired in this one and maybe a little like Patrick Dempsey.

And now for some others of of our Richard.

Strike Back: Origins Interview

With the original Strike Back with Richard Armitage and Andrew Lincoln FINALLY getting shown in the States on Cinemax next Friday night, Cinemax decided to do an interview with Richard. My understanding of is that the interview will be shown and the interview is not on Youtube yet and I keep getting rejected when I try. So with that being said here is the link to Richard's interview on Cinemax. CLICK.

Thorin Thursday #5 - Barrellng Throught the Desolation of Smaug

In time for Thorin Thursday, HitFix released their interview with Richard about the, what if not already, infamous barrel scenes. In the interview Richard says that he has aged ten years because having the prosthetics put on and taken off everyday.

as for the barrels, Richard says "Being in those bloody barrels, it was like being in a funfair for three days". It was also frustrating getting water dumped on them all the time but yet at the same time, fun. "Like being a child on a rollercoaster that you just didn't get off all day".

Richard also says that they were really desperate for the loo but were not allowed out of the barrels. So they decided to try and figure out who went in their wetsuit and who did not. Richard said he didn't for the sake of the wardrobe.

Their bladders must have ready to burst if they held it in all day. Suffer for art.

Tuchus Tuesday #22

How dreadful of me! It has been almost a month since my last Tuchus Tuesday post. Everything seems to be getting away from me and I am determined to catch it all, as best as I can.

So here is Lucas North in his nice tight jeans showing us his lovely tuchus.

Watching Richard's Watch

Apparently some people have been curious about the watch Richard wears and so the question of is there a story to go with the watch was posed and asked by Clickonline

The answer is rather sweet, practical and nice.

There was someone coming in from the Swatch watch company to give a watch to/for the character on Spooks. Now I would have had the same thought as Richard did when he heard Swatch - rubber watches from the 1980's. What else really would he expect? The Swatch company representative shows up with Omega watches. Turns out the Swatch watch company is the same as the Omega watch.

So Richard chooses one that he thinks is cool and keeps until the very end of Lucas North. Then it is a case of well we can't sell it now and you can have it.So Richard keeps the watch, actually says it is the only watch he owns and leaves everywhere including the gym and leaves it and everyone is telling him that it is an expensive watch and he better hang on to it better than he is.

And that's the way it is. ☺

Sorry for being fuzzy but I wanted to try cropping a couple of pictures.

Richard's Reading Material

A few hours ago Clickonline released another tantalizing tidbit of information from Richard. This time the question is what is he reading? The answer, a Mary Roach book called Stiff : The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers. Interesting reading material. From the synopsis and the expert from the book it sounds like something I may enjoy. I can get a little twisted in my reading or on my wishlist of books, I guess.

Also when questioned by Richard Armitage Central about whether this could be relative to a  film role, Clickonline gave the answer "I'm thinking... no!"

Richard Armitage promoting DOS Trailer October 1st

I think Richard's voice got me pregnant again.

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug Trailer #2

Earlier this morning Warner Bros. released The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug  second movie trailer and this time we get to see more of Thorin and HEAR  Benedict Cumberbatch's computer enhanced voice as Smaug the Worm (Dragon).

After having watched the movie trailer about a half dozen times or so, it has left me with a couple of thoughts at the moment.
1) Desolation of Smaug does not need to be shown in 3D because in normal 2D I want to jump out of my skin.

2) I can not believe I am going to make this admission, but for the first time since Gremilins, Smaug makes me want to go to the movie theater and watch it. Whether I will or not is another matter.

My feeling is that The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug is going to be so much better than The Hobbit that it leaves me with this question : If The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug is this good, On what scale of good is There and Back Again going to be?
