Tuchus Tuesday #34

Thank you to 'Hannibal' for providing the first in well over a year Tuchus Tuesday entry. I just thought to look and see if Youtube has Comic-Con's 'Hannibal' Red Dragon and they do. Yay us!

So in honor of Richard's first appearance as Francis Dolarhyde, this past Saturday, July 25, that I give to you a 'Hannibal' Tuchcus Tuesday.

With that I give to you not one but two Richard Armitage Tuchus shots. First one is the original from Youtube. The second one is one I tried to edit to make his tuchus easier to see.

Francis Dolarhyde

I did watch the 'Hannibal' episode of 'The Great Dragon' or at least most of it because I was either tweeting about it or had to step out of the room on Saturday. What I saw or I should say was able to see, with the exception of the crime scene, was not too disturbing.  I did figuratively drool over Richard at some points in the show, like when I saw the bit of his abdomen sitting at the work table and made to think of John Porter, but mainly I was taken in by his performance with no words or sound, except for a type of scream. he made it amazing as to how much can be said with only the human body. There is beauty. There is intelligence. There is grace. There is disturbance. Richard's performance left me wondering if it is too early to hope and maybe somehow call for his nomination and win at next year's Emmys for Best Supporting actor. If we did not know already Richard Armitage is a forceful actor who is, as I am certain you will agree with me, to a certain extent unrecognized for his acting. That may actually be good because it keeps him below the radar of superstardom and allows him to have a choice of roles based on what he wants to do and not what some studio head says that would be good for his career. Richard's career is going about quiet nicely.

All of this is true but because I had missed parts of 'The great Red dragon' yesterday I decided to  go to the NBC website and watch the full episode after supper, which luckily was light. I saw the few parts that I missed such as Francis Dolarhyde getting his tattoo of Blake's The Great Red Dragon and looking at his false teeth after they were made as part of Francis' introduction. There are parts further along that I don't really remember because of the scene after Francis' commits the murder that is still haunting and disturbing to and for me. It is shocking. It is scary. It is very disturbing. Yet to an extent fascinating. That may explain why I took a screencap of this particular scene and yet I am hesitant to share it. I have had thoughts of deleting it because I keep getting bad vibes from it. I do not know if I will watch it this Saturday or not. There is almost some kind of dark enchantment that seems to be drawing my mind to remember to watch 'Hannibal'. and Richard. I will have to wait and see.

Here I am thinking watching the Graham Nash concert after 'The Red Dragon' had helped ease my trepidations, fear, shock or whatever you may like to call it, but it didn't help.  May need to watch it a few more times or at the least listen to his music until I am not freaked out anymore.

A few screencaps that are not disturbing, especially Richard's screen credit.

Win an Autographed Bottle of Taittinger Jeroboam Champagne

Leave it to booze to get my attention and slightly out of my dumps, slumps, blues, whatever you would like to call it. To an extent I am kidding. Mainly it is a beautiful picture of Richard holding a 3 liter bottle of Taittinger Jeroboam champagne and signing the label. This was done last year when he was appearing in  The Crucible  at The Old Vic. It is through The Old Vic Twitter page that today I found the picture and in the comment section the link to the auction of Richard's bottle of champagne, as well as Kevin Spacey's and Kristin Scott Thomas' bottle of signed champagnes. The auction is to benefit The Old Vic Theatre Trust.

The photograph of Richard was taken by Graham Michael, who is company stage manager for the theatre and  photographer.

Richard and his eyes. Mesmerizing .

My Little Intrest in Richard at Comic Con 2015

I have seen pictures from some of you and others posted on Twitter and Facebook showing Richard enjoying himself at this years Comic Con. I am truly happy for him. For me I have hit a wall, a very hard wall, that I don't know if I want to break it and Richard can't even help me. It is because of this wall that I did not even know when Richard and the 'Hannibal' cast would be at Comic Con. I guess the press conference for the show was shown online somewhere yesterday but I did not ask.

It is because of this that I have also been very late with the calendar post. This month I got lucky and got July's issue out when I was feeling better and did not have to force myself to do one just to keep things on keel. or should that be on parr? Anyway I did not want things to be out of sequence with the calendar.

I also want to express my thanks and love to all who have been and are continuing to post pictures of Richard and the 'Hannibal' cast and everything else through out the web.

Dwalin? Is That You?

From Richard at Comic Con on Twitter with the question to Grahm McTavish : Dwalin? Is that you?

I have a feeling I am not the only one who won like to see them again working together.

'Star Wars' Fan

I had made one post and then thought I had screwed up and that it is not Richard in the 'Star Wars' jacket and deleted that post. I have since found I was right about this being Richard in the 'Star Wars' Jacket and being right in geeking over the jacket as well. This is from Richard's Twitter page. Makes sense he would like 'Star Wars',besides being uncredited pilot in one of the later movies, because the first movie came out when he was five years old. So yes I can imagine him geeking out over 'Star Wars' too.
