Robert Ascroft Photographs of Richard

Life has been more than busy for me of late, so I really have been out of energy and time to post, which has left me a little out of the Richard loop. At least, to a point, as far as the new Robert Ascroft photos are concerned. Some of these photos have a Matthew Clairmont feel to them, at least to me. I wonder if Richard is trying to tell us something with these photos without giving everything away? A Discovery of Witches post is slowly being worked on, time restrictions. Anyway here are some of the newest and some older Richard photographs taken by Mr. Ascroft.

I think this one is my favorite, so Matthew Clairmont-ish.

Thanks to Richard Armitage Central and RichardArmitageNet for some of the photos.

Possible New RA Photos Coming

This came to me from RAFrenzy. Someone on twitter has given hints or updates, depending on how you look at it, that there is a photoshoot that is either taking place or has taken place with Richard Armitage and to be on the look out for the December issue of FAULT magazine . So far their Twitter page has no mention of Richard  so that makes me a little shaky on the photoshoot news. I think I'll wait until there is some kind of official word, but if it's true that there is going to be new pictures of Richard, they would make nice Christmas and Hanukkah presents.

Has Richard III's Body Been Found?

This is from The Telegraph website and the article has a video with it. I can just give you the link in the  former sentence. Anyway...

'Strong Evidence' Richard III's Body Has Been Found - With a Curved Spine

Archaeologist searching under a city centre car park for the lost grave of King Richard III have discovered human remains.
A stone frieze which may have been from a choir stall discovered during excavation of a car park in Leicester. Experts hope bones unearthed during the dig will turn out to bewthose of Richard III. The Telegraph in Australia

A bit more on the subject from BBC :

" Archaeologists searching for the grave of Richard III have said 'strong circumstantial evidence' points to a skeleton being the lost king.

The English King died in the battle of Bosworth in 1485.

A dig under a council car park in Leicester has found remains with spinal abnormalities and a "cleaved-in  skull" that suggest it could be Richard III.

This one cracks me up, but I kind of get their point. They are, in their minds, honoring Richard III.

Happy Birthday Richard

Somewhere in this world fans are celebrating Richard's 41st birthday. He may have thought turning 40 was bad and wanting to stay in bed, but for 41 I'd hide under the bed with covers pulled over my head. But that's just me. Hopefully our birthday boy is having a good day. Oh no...wait, Richard is in Michigan, so he still has a day left to be 40. Well, I hope he has a nice birthday tomorrow.

In honor of his birthday here are some photos of him:

Such a bad, bad Guy
