Richard Armitage at CinemaCon 2014

Promoting Into the Storm in Las Vegas at CinemaCon 2014 we have Richard coming from England and filming Urban and the Shed Crew and looking a bit like Chris Noth (in my and at least one other lady's opinion). Richard Armitage US has photos of Richard that are about to do me in (glad I have a pacemaker/defibrillator to help me).

Have a boatload of smelling salts and pillows at the ready before looking at his Gorgeousness.

Into the Storm - Official Teaser Trailer [HD] & Tuchus Tuesday Edition

Admittedly I am not all that impressed with the trailer for Into the Storm. It is lacking people, dialogue and heart. Hope the movies better and that Warner Bros. just doesn't know what it is doing in trying to promote the movie.

Some screen caps that I took and enlarged a bit and edited as best as I could from Into the Storm and the originals for Tuchus Tuesday. Plus the first official picture from the movie from Nathan Kress' twitter tweet.. Also, a certain someone snipped out of the picture and standing all by his lonesome.

Richard Armitage New Project: Urban Grimshaw and the Shed Crew

News has come this evening from RichardArmitagenet that our beloved Richard Armitage has been cast in the movie adaptation of the Bernard Hare novel Urban Grimshaw and the Shed Crew and the movie is being produced by Blenheim Films. His co-star is to be Nadine Mulkerrin  who has been in 'Starlings' . So she will have worked with John Thornton and Nicholas Higgins (Brendan Coyle) of North & South.

Urban Grimshaw and the Shed Crew is a non-fiction book about Mr. Hare's, going by the nickname 'Chop', experience as an ex-social worker living on a rough estate in Leeds, England, on society's margins and having a like for booze and drugs in 1990's Britain. Then he meets 12 year-old illiterate and drug-using Urban Grimshaw and is shocked by Urban's life. Chops then decides to do what he can for Urban and his friends, the pre-teen gang the Shed Crew, who really shock Chop. The Shed Crew have a penchant for running away, joy-riding and sex and drugs.

For those who are interested there are some editions of Urban Grimshaw and the Shed Crew available at Amazon from third parties. I bought the last really cheap brand new hard-cover edition of the book.

Guyday Edition of Tuchus Tuesday #29

It has been a while since I have done a Tuchus Tuesday post and what is better way to make up for it than with the tuchus of Sir Guy of Gisborne. So by combing Guyday and Tuchus Tuesday, I give to you, for your drooling pleasure, the Tuchus of Sir Guy of Gisborne.

Richard Armitage Interview Part 3: Richard the Third! with Marlise Boland

Don't you just love the title? I do.  Sadly, this is o\not only the third installment of Richard Armitage's interview with The Anglophile Channel it is the last one. So funny that he got starstruck over Orlando Bloom, but I guess if Richard is like me, and maybe a quite few of you, it is because of 'The Lord of the Rings' trilogy.

This has been a great interview and I came away loving and appreciating Richard more than I did before this. His humor is a bit cheeky, his humbleness shines and that gleam of mischief in his eyes all got to me.

Hope he is nominated for this years award and he gets voted MOST favorite (not LEAST favorite, Richard) British Artist of the Year again.

Richard Armitage Interview Part Two: There and Back Again with Marlise Boland

The charmingly intelligent and cheekily funny Richard Armitage is let loose in this second part of The Anglophile Channel's interview. Still stuck on MySpace and worries about drunk tweeting. Honestly, I would like to see Richard drunk tweeting and I wouldn't like to see Richard drunk tweeting. Then I feel that way about him tweeting in general. Like to keep him mysterious.

Richard Armitage INTERVIEW! Part One: The Hobbit and More! with Marlise Boaland

Here it is! The Anglophiles Channels' Richard Armitage interview with Marlise Boaland, who I think is a hoot. Richard is very relaxed and fun-loving and a bit flirtatious...WONDERFUL! I think my most favorite moment is his adorably humble moment is when Richard finds out he beat out Tom Hiddleston as the favorite. Oh Richard. *sighs*
