Richard Armitage Exclusie Interview by Monsieur Hollywood
I was playing around on Youtube watching and listening to Robert Plant and Jimmy Page from 1995 in New Orleans, when I noticed that there were videos of Richard on the side. One of these videos is from December, just before 'The Hobbit came out, by Monsieur Hollywood. Questions seemed a little different, I guess mainly the question concerning t.v. and movies.
But Richard sounds wonderful and I can agree a bit with a commenter, he does have a John Thornton thing going on a little with his open neck dress shirt and dark blazer.

The First Footage From The Hobbit : The Desolation of Smaug
I was busy watching Lady Sybil's death on Downton Abbey and actually forgot about the Peter Jackson piece for The Hobbit : The Desolation of Smaug, except for the last 15 minutes and that made me wish that the movie was already out.
Of course the best was saved for last, with Thorin saying : "We are the dwarves of Erebor. We have come to reclaim our homeland." This came to me on my twitter feed from MorrighansMuse who had posted it on her Tumblr page and I reposted it on mine.
And then this came to me, the video of the first footage from The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug .
Hope y'all enjoy it.
Just found out that Warner Bos. removed the video. Hopefully they will put it up on their Youtube page.
But hopefully this short piece from the movie that was shown today will do, until WB says otherwise again.

Here's Thorin, who was saved til last because he is the best. And a few seconds more of Thorin. I guess Smaug has indigestion.

Precious and Friends Came
After a particularly short, but long feeling, day I was getting close to my home only to espy something at my front door.
Wanting to dance in my seat all about.
Oh I knew what it was, for I had no doubt.
Amazon box stuffed to the brim and taped down to keep it all in.
With scissors I gently and quickly cut the tape away
and there on top is where it lay.
The Hobbit.
The Hobbit.
Oh precious had come.
But not alone,
but with Gandalf
and Thorin among.
Oh I am SOOOOO happy. Squeeeing and having an RTA (Richard Thud Attack) all over the place with as much dignity as possible.

Tuchus Tueday #12 : Close Encounter of the Tuchus Kind from a Red Carpet Adventure...in Pictures
This goes back to the world premiere of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey in New Zealand, a Twitter friend had her very on Close Encounter of the Tuchas Kind in Wellington and for FanstRAvaganza 4 she posted her point and shoot camera pictures on her blog Musings of a wandering duck and they are wonderful, drool worthy and definitely put a smile on my face. Especially one in particular. Kellyduck is such a smart lady and a lucky duck to get that photo. So I hope y'all will enjoy it and her blog just as much as I do.

Harry Says Thank You for Visting for FanstRAvaganza 4
At first I didn't think I would be able to pull it off, writing and posting pictures for FanstRAvaganza 4, but I surprised myself and think I did a decent job of it and apparently y'all think so as well. So for everyone who has stopped by and visited my post and to those who have left messages, thank you.
As a Thank You Gift, if you would like to call it that, are pictures of a neglected, but not for long, Harry Kennedy. I realized only today that I have shamefully neglected to put any pictures of him up. So with that being said...HEEERE'S...HARRY!!!
I want Harry to help me with my taxes too.
I don't know why it's just that he can cause a squeeing fit. Maybe it's the tussled hair, the leather jacket, the sweater/jumper, scar,f his nose( Oh I love his nose) and his smile. His smile is the cherry on top.
The proposal
Hugh Bonneville (his character anyway) marrying Harry and Geraldine
The love in his eyes
And the kiss
Yes I know I went overboard. It didn't start out this way...Honest! It's just that one thing led to another and well...*SIGH*.
And now to go even more overboard- Vicar of Dibley : The Handsome Stranger
And of course- The Vicar of Dibley : The Vicar in White

Harry and books, two of my favorite things.
Harry and more books. Oh and Geraldine and Alice.
Hello Handsome!
Harry looking a sweet and adorkable.
The lovebirds on a stroll
Another pair of glasses

The Desription of Guy of Gisborne from the Ballad of Robin Hood and Guy of Gisborne
I posted this on my tumblr page earlier in the week that is known as FanstRAvaganza 4 and I have been trying to decide if I should repost it here and as you have probably figured out, I'm posting it here as well.
THE DESCRIPTION of GUY of GISBORNE
A sword and dagger he wore by his side,
Of mayne a man the bane;
And he was clad in capull-hyde (capull-hyde = horse hide)
Topp and tayle and mayne
''I dwell by dale and downe" quothe hee,
"And Robin to take I am sworne;
And when I am called by my right name
I am Guy of good Gisborne"

Master & Servant
You may have heard that on March 6 there was this little event on Twitter that had Richard answering a few questions. Now one of the questions, from GizGunslinger, was : "Do you like#DepecheMode? I won't believe if not, cause their songs greatly match with your characters#AskThorin".
And Richard's answer was "Richard: Yes. I would like to know which one you think fit his character. Master and servant." To me it can really work good for Guy.
So even though I had never heard of the song and had this piece of information, I did not go to find out any information about it, but a dear Twitter friend, who I will call 'Boots', did and for whatever stupid reason I did not immediately follow her link to the lyrics of Master & Servant. But when I finally did decide to follow the link and read the lyrics, I knew I had to go to Youtube to find the video. When I did find the Master & Servant video that I liked I had the thought of posting it for FanstRAvaganza 4, but forgot about it by the next day and had forgotten about the song until today at lunch. I don't why I remembered Master & Servant at this time but I did and I knew when I got home I would have to start working on a Master & Servant post as soon as I could.
So with Richard as the Master and I/us as his Servant I give to you, Depeche Mode - Master & Servant:

It's a lot
It's a lot
It's a lot

Like life
There's a new game
We like to play you see
A game with added reality
You treat me like a dog
Get me down on my knees
We call it master and servant
We call it master and servant
It's a lot like life
This play between the sheets
With you on top and me underneath
Forget about equality
Let's play master and servant
Let's play master and servant
It's a lot like life
(It's a lot like life)
And that's what's appealing
If you despise that throwaway feeling
(It's a lot like life)
From disposable fun
Then this is the one
Domination's the name of the game
In bed or in life
They're both just the same
Except one your fulfilled
At the end of the day
Let's play master and servant
Lets play master and servant
Come on
Come on
Master and servant

50 Eligible Bachelors - Glamour Magazine UK
50 Eligible Bachelors comes from Glamour Magazine UK on my Twitter feed today, about 42 minutes or so ago. I was looking through it and saw the usual little boys with the exceptions of Michael Fassbender and Bradley Cooper, when my eyes fell on a handsome vision from G_d at #22, our fearless Armitage Army leader. Looking so , so, sexy in the Michael Bastain suit at The Hobbit premiere in New York and having "a music 'A' Level, so perhaps a classical concert is on the cards." Shouldn't that be 'IN the cards'? Oh well.
The runway model looks like Groucho Marx wearing the suit.

Wagging Tongue Wednesday: For FanstRAvaganza 4
I was looking through some more photos of our beloved, mainly of a certain Geordie biker who loves leather, and that is when I came up with the idea of doing a post dedicated to his tongue. Plus the idea was also inspired by Tuchus Tuesday's nice positive response from you. This will more than likely be the only post of Licking Wednesday I will do because this is such a special occasion and I felt that it warranted it.
Now this undertaking idea was not as easy as I thought it would be, but there are some very nice rewards.
Hello Lucas
And you brought Ricky I see
And you brought your fellow brother in leather, Guy
Tongues and leather...OH MY!
Hello Richard. Don't you know you're not supposed to stick your tongue out while doing an interview?
Hello again Guy. Don't go urging him to be bad.
Again, in an interview? And Lorraine no less. Weren't you just visiting her? Such a naughty boy. Your not Guy.
Guy's final tongue lashing.

Critiquing a Tweeting Richard
Some of you may have heard of a Twitter event that took place Wednesday concerning a certain dwarf who, in the end, brought along another dwarf and Gollum. Yes, Richard, along with James Nesbitt and Andy Serkis, made his (Richard) Twitter debut on The Hobbit site and you could tell it was Richard's first time.
My critique of Richard's first time on Twitter maybe harsh and hopefully not too crude but it's the only way I can think of it, Wednesday's Twitter event was like a bad date with bad sex with maybe a few good highlights. Hear me out, please.
The night before seemed to be full of wonderful promises that if I sent in my questions to #AskThorin we would have many answered but like a bad date I had no pick up time or meet time. THAT should've been the first clue it wasn't going to be as good as hoped. So get up Wednesday morning and check Twitter to see if there is now a time. No such luck but you do find that my date will be showing up that morning with a couple of friends. Great. Now don't get me wrong they're nice but you were hoping for something a little more intimate the last thing you want is his friends showing up. So hours pass and I'm waiting for them to show up and when they FINALLY arrive, nothing. Just sit there with crickets chirping in the background is all you get. And it's like now what? Somebody say something. I for one am wanting to tell them to get off their cans and say something. Eventually my dates friends say a couple of things, which is nice but I really want to hear from my date. Actually, I want the other two to leave so it can just be the two of us but it's not going to happen. Well actually they do seem to make them scarce for bit and finally after waiting four hours of nothing, hope springs. But then he's really not finding the right spot no matter how much he tries and I want to help a rapid mass starts come out and some of what you date does isn't half bad once he figures out what to do, but then it's over just as soon as things started going good. It is a case of WHAM! BAM! THANK YOU, MA'AM! Get what he wants and leaves me unsated. And I'm saying what the Hell? Thanks alot Darlin'! You wasted time trying to find the right way to do it and when you finally do it right, it's a friggin' rush job. I love you dearly, but damn that was disappointing.
Yes there were some highlights like wanting to go to Machu Picchu, climb Mt. Everest, that your favorite dessert is chocolate ice cream and that when asked if he likes Depeche Mode's Master and Servant. The last two are really the ones that can set an imagination on fire and mine is still burning with ideas and no outlet. I wish he would have flirted.
So I hope I made some sense to y'all and didn't leave you disappointed like Richard did me.

The Hobbit: The Billion Dollar Movie
Not since the last Lord of the Rings: Return of the King has a Peter Jackson movie crossed the $1 billion threshold. But thanks to domestic box office numbers of $301.4, the recent Chines release earning $37.3 million in 10 days and an estimated $700 million internationally The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, to date, has made $1 billion globally.
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is oly the 15th movie to reach the billion dollar mark.
