According to Tom Garner, producer of 'Black Sky', has saidf that the full name of Richard's character is Gary Morris. Now apparently he did not, and not to many others, know that Gary Morris was a country singer back in the 1980's with songs such as"Headed for a Heartache" and "Wind Beneath My Wing" which was one of the earliest hit versions of the song, which was made into an international hit by Bette Midler in 1989. So with that being said, Gary Morris has been resurrected again.

LOL This is hilarious! When I saw Todd put that on Twitter today my initial thought was, Gary Morris was a country singer! Although the resurrected Gary looks nothing like the original! ;)
